For example, a global insurance business pays over 600,000 of their annuitants through IntelliPay.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"spacer space150\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-landscape-container\" style=\"background-color:var()\"><div class=\"padding\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-landscape-two-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Stand-alone or fully integrated<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IntelliPay is a fully integrated module that we will use to provide complete payroll functionality to pensioner members. This includes generation of BACS transactions, payslip reports and full payroll balancing reports. IntelliPay will summarise all Pensioner Members\u2019 payments at wrapper level and account for taxed and tax-free payments which will be used in the Real Time Information (RTI) interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Flexibility and reusability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IntelliPay is used by the majority of Procentia\u2019s defined benefit (DB) clients and is highly scalable. IntelliPay can run daily, weekly, four-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual payrolls.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With IntelliPay as part of IntelliPen, there is a completely seamless transition from a pension being calculated to it being put into payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fast and robust<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The pension sources screen in IntelliPen directly drives the payroll \u2013 there is no double entry of pension amounts resulting in fewer errors and resulting administration queries. IntelliPay is used by the majority of Procentia\u2019s defined benefit clients and is highly scalable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Accessible<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, Legal &amp; General pays over 600,000 of their annuitants through IntelliPay each month.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Integrated source control system<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IntelliPay payrolls may only be run by administrators with the appropriate access permissions. Before a pension or lump sum can be paid, it must first be authorised. An administrator cannot authorise a pension they have calculated, and authorisation can only be performed by administrators with appropriate access permissions. This is a standard feature of IntelliPay and is enabled by default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Designed for administrators<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Printed payslips can be produced by IntelliPay, but it is now more usual practice with IntelliPen clients to make the payslips available electronically through the Member portal. This will allow Pensioner Members to access any historic payslip and P60 online.
