IntelliSite is a thin-client browser-based content management system (CMS) which we will use to build and maintain sophisticated dynamic member and employer websites that fully integrate with IntelliPen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flexibility and reusability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This means that functionality that would normally only be available to administrators, is also made available to the members and employers themselves. For instance, our member portal solution offers significant improvements to member engagement and excellent levels of self-service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, over 43,000 data amendments were made by members through the award winning BTPS portal in the first year. Moreover, we recognise that the users of online pension tools who may have difficulties accessing conventional websites are often those who need the online tools the most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will therefore ensure accessibility by building member websites which are XHTML, WAI and W3C WCAG 2.1 AA level compliant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Website maintenance can be performed through IntelliSite without the need for software development and requires only minimal technical skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
