Commercial Contracts Manager/Legal Counsel
Pension Software and Technology
Location: Emersons Green, Bristol (Hybrid working)
Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 + bonus + benefits
The Commercial Contracts Manager plays a critical role in ensuring our business deals are correctly captured and successfully implemented. Working closely with our Commercial Director, you’ll help deliver robust contract management and identify and mitigate any associated risks.
As a contracts expert, you’ll be safeguarding our reputation by ensuring that the company strictly follows compliance procedures. You’ll also be giving legal advice to management about relevant issues and contractual conformity, and minimising any probablilty of risk exposure.
This is a vital role within the business as you’ll be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating new client contracts, supporting new bids and tenders, and making sure the business is adhering to applicable laws and legislation.
You have 3 years or more experience as a Legal Counsel and/or contract manager, and are familiar with supply chain procurement and management.

.NET Developer
Pension Software and Technology
Location: Emersons Green, Bristol (Hybrid working)
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 + bonus + benefits
We’re looking for a talented and creative go-getter to help develop, build and maintain the Procentia IntelliPen .NET application and the underlying systems required to support it.
You’ll be implementing new features and enhancements, overseeing the performance of applications to ensure they’re always running properly, and work to improve our overall application development process. We’ll encourage you to continuously find ways to advance our platform.
As a valuable member of the Development Department, you’ll work closely with testers and project managers to ensure new functionality is developed and tested to specification and requirements. And there’ll be bug-fixing issues that you’ll need to address as and when they arise.
As an experienced and strong programmer you’ll be proficient in C# and/or VB.NET, have knowledge of ASP.NET web framework, and be a whizz at Microsoft SQL Server database development.
