You can always count on us
Financial accounting will be provided through Procentia’s IntelliCount pensions accounting system
IntelliCount is a separate product to IntelliPen, but the two systems are fully integrated and there is a two-way communication between the two modules to ensure payment data is updated between the modules.
IntelliCount can be used by the Financial Management Team to provide full trial balance, nominal ledger, transaction analysis, journals, and accruals. All nominal ledger accounts can be created and amended within IntelliCount.
IntelliCount has the capability to produce SORP and
other accounting reports. We can integrate IntelliCount with AccessPay, our BACS transmission software solution to process the BACS files.
Tried and tested
IntelliCount is a separate product to IntelliPen, but the two systems are fully integrated and there is a two-way communication between the two modules to ensure payment data is updated between the modules.
Any payments that are authorised in IntelliPen are automatically passed into IntelliCount’s cashbook. The payments may be passed into IntelliCount in either an authorised or unauthorised state. If unauthorised, the payments must first be authorised by an IntelliCount user before they are paid. The status of the payment is automatically updated from IntelliCount to IntelliPen. This integration between IntelliCount and IntelliPen is proven with many Procentia clients including BTPS, Rolls Royce, DHL and BP.
IntelliCount is a fully featured pensions and cashbook accounting system which integrates with IntelliPen.
