The online support portal is where clients can raise and track all incidents or queries raised with Procentia Support. This portal – available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – aligns with your team’s dynamic working environment.

We encourage our clients’ teams to join Procentia’s online community, where you’ll have access to training materials. The interactive training modules are where you can learn and upskill to become an IntelliPen super user. You also will be able to keep up to date in real-time with any queries raised with the Support Team via our online support portal.
