Security and permissions controls
Only administrators with the appropriate access permissions can run IntelliPay payrolls. Before a pension or lump sum can be paid it has to be authorised by a designated approver. An administrator cannot authorise a pension they’ve calculated themselves. This is a standard feature enabled by default.
