This is the second consecutive year that Procentia’s award-winning IntelliPen solution has ranked as the best pensions administration and management software available within the UK market.

In 2023, the weighted satisfaction score from pension scheme managers and administrators of 4.25 out of 5 was significantly higher than competing software providers serving the pensions market. The satisfaction score was based on how respondents ranked factors such as customer service, technology and flexibility.

Over 430 pensions professionals participated in the research with seven separate companies featuring within the overall rankings for pension administration software provision.
